XRAuthor
XRAuthor is an open-source tool for educators to create learning content in multiple formats by using a simple webcam. The primary objective of this tool is to assist educators in producing interactive learning materials in various formats through a streamlined and intuitive process. It enables users to create demonstration videos with annotations, voice recordings and visual recordings. This platform automatically generates three types of interactive learning content.

-
Video format: Webcam recording enhancing with virtual object overlays, segmented into steps, featuring multiple choice questions for each step, accessible on computers.
-
Interactive format: Animated virtual objects with or without video background, featuring interactive tasks for each step, accessible on computers

-
VR format: Immersive VR environments (such as classrooms of relavent settings) featuring animations and tasks, with the option to display or hide recorded video content
XRAuthor prototype
In this project, despite being the sole UX designer, I was fortunate to receive guidance from a more senior colleague. My primary responsibility entails bug identification, streamlining the user flow with the current product and redesigning the entire XRAuthor UX and UI. After serveral iterations, here are some snipplets of the finailzed prototype.
