Health Hub is a platform that is not unheard of. Developed and maintained by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) of Singapore, with strong government support, its creation aligns with Singapore's broader healthcare initiatives. It aims to promote preventive healthcare and empower individuals to manage their health proactively.
Our goal for this project

Improve the UI of the app and make it more user-friendly to users of all ages so that they will be more encouraged to use the app.

Survey insights

Most users who use the HealthHub app have only one purpose for it, largely to make/change appointments.

When looking to search for other services not immediately accessible via the homescreen, navigation issues arise.
