
Communication Helpdesk
The Communication Helpdesk, an extension of the Centre for Communication Skills (CCS), offers complimentary consultations to students regarding their written assignments or oral presentations.

In this project, I took on the role of UX lead, collaborating with several skilled programmers and UX designer to implement the necessary changes. Our collective objectives were to enhance the booking system's user experience, ensuring its seamlessness and intuitiveness for both students and educators. Over the course of three months, the UX team conducted stakeholder and audience interviews, analyzed data, iterated on designs, and conducted product testing. Engaging with diverse groups undoubtedly provided us with fresh perspectives and facilitated the realization of our ideas.
